Stories from Past Fellows
Ei Host Companies are vetted and supported by great people who understand Ei’s philosophy and goals, making for a rich and unique learning experience. Upon getting accepted, students have the opportunity to pitch to these teams for a 3- month, paid apprenticeship. Students may also source their own experiences by reaching out to any company of their choosing or develop their own projects. Throughout the apprenticeship, Ei’s team hosts weekly calls and courses to sharpen skills and keep the students connected.
