Innovation: From Buzzword to Practice

The Challenge


As a growing, global company FONA wanted to build innovation as a skill and practice across all departments and employees. Despite a deep investment in employee learning, previous attempts at “Innovation” challenges had often culminated in a report, rather than action, and resulted in departments remaining siloed.

Our Solution


To build skills in entrepreneurship, a bias toward action, and cross-functional collaboration, Ei led 3 Leaps programs and a series of leadership workshops for all employees.

Workshop Outcomes


Over the course of 3 years, 20+ internal cross-departmental innovation prototypes were brought forward by employees of all levels; one project resulting in a 3x increase of inside sales.
