The Challenge


Nearly overnight, every Publicis North America employee transitioned to working from home in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. An agency that built and reinforced in-person workflows around client pitches, strategy reviews, and the entire creative process was confronted with a challenge it had never experienced before. Similarly, the year’s learning and development roadmap suddenly didn’t meet the most pressing needs of employees.

Our Solution


Within weeks of the agency transitioning to work-from-home, Ei designed and delivered nearly a dozen workshops to meet the unexpected challenges of distributed teams.

Workshop Outcomes


Hundreds of employees from across the country were able to connect with their colleagues, share struggles and small wins, and learn the skills and tools needed to address their current obstacles.
