Growth Mindset

Course Overview

Growth-minded teams & individuals are the foundation for creating a culture of innovation & creative problem-solving. In this workshop, we'll unpack the findings & results from sector leaders including Stanford's Carol Dweck, and dissect a framework to identify & address personal growth edges as individuals, leaders, and as a company.

Course Takeaways

Gain an understanding of the growth mindset: what it is & why it’s powerful

Analyze growth vs fixed mindset teams to differentiate their results

Identify tangible ways to support a growth mindset in yourself, team, & organization

Learn strategies to nurture a growth mindset inside and outside of the workplace

Learn a simple process and easy-to-use tools for guiding teams from a “fixed” to “growth” mindset during strategic projects

Leverage the state of growth mindset to become more in tune with creative possibilities related to customer problems and needs

This workshop made me think a lot about how I can apply this growth mindset in all aspects of my life, not just work. I think especially in this COVID climate, it's very easy to get burnt out and feel stagnant, but this workshop made me want to take time later to reflect and think about where else in my life I can apply these learnings.

Our Methodology

Learn through Experience

Experiences are what change how we see ourselves and the world. People who thrive are curious, focused, have a bias towards action, and pursue ongoing learning.

Ei's methodology is rooted in the belief that the deepest learning occurs through experience. Each workshop addresses specific personal or organizational challenges and then cycles through the pillars of experiential learning.

We've helped thousands of workplace learners with our programs and products.
