Hybrid Work 101

Course Overview


This workshop will introduce teams to the dynamics of remote and hybrid work. Participants will learn how to host engaging virtual meetings over phone and video, create efficient team flows and virtual check-ins, and ensure the continuation of delivering value for internal and external clients in new working environments.

During this live experience, participants will actually practice and apply proven frameworks for effective virtual communication and get feedback from instructors and peers.
